Delete custom image

If you don't need a custom image any more, you can delete it.

Notes

• After deleting a custom image, you can no longer use this custom image to create an instance and initially reinstall the system.
• Deleting a custom image will not delete the instance or snapshot used to create the image. If you do not want to keep the corresponding instance and snapshot, you can delete it manually.

  Operation steps

Method 1:

1. Sign in to the console.
2. On the left navigation bar, click "Product" - "Images".
3. Find the target image and operate "Delete".
4. In the pop-up dialog box, check and click "Confirm" to complete the deletion.

Method 2:

1. Log in to the console.
2. On the left navigation bar, click "Product" - "Instances".
3. Find the target instance and enter the instance details page.
4. Find the target image on the custom image tab page and click delete.
5. In the pop-up dialog box, check and click "Confirm" to complete the deletion.
