Join the instance to the firewall group

Precondition

• An instance can only join one firewall group.
• Firewall groups are regional distinct.

  Operation steps

Method 1: setup through firewall group page.

1. Enter the firewall group page.
2. Find the target firewall group and enter the firewall group details page.
3. Click "Add rules" on the associated instance tab page to support batch cloud addition. But only 100 rules can be added to a single firewall group.

Method 2: setup through the instance details page.

1. Enter the instance page.
2. Find the target instance and enter the instance details page.
3. Click "join now" to the firewall group tab page.
4. Select the firewall group to join.
