When a recharge fails, please refer to the following scenarios you might be facing:
When your recharge has gone through, but the platform doesn't immediately credit your balance.
This might be due to network latency. Wait for 5-10 minutes, and the balance should be topped up. After you have completed your recharge, please be patient and wait for the webpage to return to the LightNode console page until it shows that the recharge is completed and the balance has been increased.
When your recharge has gone through, but the platform never credits your balance.
This usually happens with bank card payments or AliPay channels. The actual situation is that your payment was successful, but this transaction was rejected by your bank card issuer. Therefore, the LightNode platform did not receive the payment from your payment method and naturally could not add your balance. In this case, you don't need to worry. The money will be refunded to the original payment channel by your payment channel in due course. (The specific time is determined by your payment channel)
You can choose to try this payment channel again. If you still encounter payment failure, it is recommended that you try other payment methods.
When your recharge cannot succeed, i.e., your payment is directly rejected.
Please consult the relevant payment channel provider. For example, if you make payment through AliPay or a bank card and fail, please contact your bank card issuer. If the PayPal payment fails, please contact PayPal's official. If you urgently need to use the server, changing the payment method is the quickest solution.
When you try to use Google Pay and encounter a payment problem. (Beta)
Using Google Pay has certain restrictions: you need to log into a Google account that has already bound Google Pay in the Google browser. If you still fail after meeting this condition, please contact customer service to assist you in completing the recharge.
