Your server is just created, it may be caused by:
a) Your country has blocked the IP of our platform server, which is mainly due to the irregular use of some local users.
For this situation, you can replace the IP in the "Product - Network" in the left menu bar in the LightNode console.

*If you can still not be able to connect after multiple replacements, please try to delete the server, create a new one and try again.
We recommend you check https://ping.pe or https://ping.sx/ping for connectivity in each region.
Your server has been created for a while, it may be caused by:
a) Some of your network behaviors caused your country to block the IP of our platform server.
For this situation, you can check Solution refer to 1.a,
b) Your server crashes unexpectedly.
For this situation, you can check the current status of the operating system through the "View console" of the console server details to locate the problem.
If the server does crash, you can choose to shut down the server, force shut down and restart the server in the server details to check whether it is available.
c) You have installed a development environment that affects the stability of the system (installing a routing system, upgrading the original operating system, etc.)
For this situation, you can shut down the server and reinstall the operating system in the server details.
