FAQ

  • Do you charge for stopped instances?
    • Yes, the stopped instance will continue to retain dedicated system resources (RAM, SSD storage, IP alias, CPU), so there will be charges until you destroy the instance. If you want to stop accumulating instance costs, please use the user console to release.

  • How will my instance be billed?
    • All servers in your account are billed by the hour. If you use it for 1 month, the fee is equal to the amount of the plan you subscribed to in the platform. The plan is actually calculated by dividing the monthly rate for the plan by 672 hours (28 days). When you hold the server for 672 hours in a complete natural month, the server will no longer charge any server fees in that month (except for fees that exceed the number of free IP changes).

  • How is the monthly traffic cap calculated for instances that are billed by the hour?
    • The taffic plan you choose will be converted into an hourly taffic plan and charged. If the usage is less than the hourly taffic plan, the hourly taffic plan will be charged. If the usage exceeds the hourly taffic plan, the actual usage will be charged. The monthly charge is the monthly taffic plan price. The host will be limited to 10kbps;
